All Saints Church
Serving the community of Newton Hall

At All Saints we aim to provide a variety of worship so that everyone can find something that helps them worship and connect with God. Whatever the style or time of worship at its heart is our desire to worship and give praise to God who loves us, to deepen our spirituality and give space for reflection and prayer. All Saints is an inclusive church and we hope everyone will find a warm welcome. The church is easily accessible and children are always welcome, there is lots of space and activities for them.

All Saints is an Ecumenical church, a combined congregation of Anglican and Methodists meet together along with Christians from other denominational backgrounds. Our worship therefore reflects the traditions of both our parent denominations as well as influence from other Christian denominations form around the world. Our music also has a variety of influences, and we love to sing, accompanied by our organists and music band.

Our main Sunday Worship – 9am and 10.45am
The 9am service is a quieter service with a more traditional feel. The service alternates between a Communion service on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays and Morning Worship on 2nd and 4th. Services are led by both Anglican and Methodist clergy we are often visited by Methodist Local Preachers and Anglican Readers.

Our 10.45am varies each week. We hold Cafe Style Worship on the first Sunday, this is a very informal style of worship for all ages that enables much more conversation and sharing of faith experiences and includes activities for children. On the 2nd and 4th Sunday there is a Eucharist, sometimes traditional sometimes less so. We often hold baptism services on the 3rd Sunday, if there is no baptism then we offer Morning Worship in a variety of forms. Our Junior Church group meets in the hall during part of the 10.45am service on 3rd,4th and 5th Sundays.

Families Welcome
Families are welcome at all our services but we also arrange special services and events aimed at our younger congregation.
Junior church meets on the 3rd,4th and 5th Sundays of each month as part of the 10.45am service.

Messy Church
An informal service for families to worship together takes place on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 4pm. We come together to worship by playing some games, listening to stories, singing and praying together and making lots of mess with crafts and cooking. All the time learning more about God and developing our faith. Messy Church is suitable for children of all ages from 0 to 90.

Rainbow Group
Our baby and toddler group also meet on a Monday and we close each session with songs and prayers.

Time for Reflection
On Sundays at 6pm  a small group meet to pray either in the back room or  the prayer corner at the back of church. Everyone is welcome to join this.

Midweek Communion
A monthly communion service also takes place on the second Wednesday at 2.30pm for those who prefer to come along midweek.
