This years harvest celebration, explored the theme of “Transformation through Giving”. The service was followed by an auction of the harvest offering and a harvest lunch.
The charities that benefitted from these events were MDRF and USPG.

We are very pleased to say that the work for the extended and refurbished building has started! The works are to include new toilet facilities, extended and fully equiped kitchen plus refurbishment to the hall and other rooms. For more information about this scheme see the “Life begins at 40″ section.

Following her visit to Africa, Gill Stringer held a coffee morning to raise funds for the unit of learning disabled children at the Shaurimoyo Primary School in Moshi, Tanzania. The event was a great success and £120 was raised which will be sent to allow the school to buy some sports equipment enabling them to join in a competition later in the year.
